Glenn Gutierrez is the heart and driving force behind All American Discount Flooring & Countertops, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in flooring installation, sales, and remodeling. Known for his one-of-a-kind personality, Glenn combines energy, enthusiasm, and genuine care with expert knowledge, helping both residential and commercial customers find the perfect solutions for their spaces. Every project is completed with precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Glenn’s journey began with determination and grit. In the early days, he personally delivered carpet samples to customers out of the back of his car, building the business one relationship at a time. Through perseverance, honesty, and an unstoppable work ethic, he transformed that small start into the thriving business that serves the Yakima Valley today. His wife, Lindsay, has been a constant source of support and encouragement, cheering him on as he built the company from the ground up. Raised by a hardworking single mother of four, Glenn learned early the value of responsibility, determination, and resilience—lessons that shaped the dedication behind his success.

Outside of work, Glenn enjoys golfing, bowling, and watching sports, and he is an active member of several organizations throughout the Yakima community. A devoted father of three and proud grandfather, family remains at the center of everything he does. Glenn’s combination of skill, integrity, and unique personality makes him more than a business owner—he’s a trusted partner for anyone looking to transform their home or business, whether it’s a full residential remodel, a commercial flooring upgrade, or a simple countertop installation.

For the past five years, Jeff Phillips has been a key part of All American Discount Flooring, bringing decades of operational experience and administrative expertise to the team. Prior to joining the flooring industry, Jeff built a 27-year career as an executive in the LTL trucking industry, where he developed a strong reputation for operational efficiency, strategic organization, and effective problem solving.  Jeff has a unique ability to see things outside the box and build systems and processes to help streamline any operation.

At All American Discount Flooring, Jeff plays a critical role in keeping daily business functions running smoothly. He oversees operations, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), human resources (HR), and any additional responsibilities needed to support the company’s success. His process-driven mindset and ability to resolve complex challenges make him a valuable asset to both the team and customers.

Jeff moved to the Yakima Valley in January 2020 with Dana, his beautiful wife of almost 39 years.  They chose Selah to be closer to their daughter and three grandchildren.  Jeff is proud of his strong faith and family foundation and spends his free time with Dana and his grandchildren.

Jose Rivera brings years of hands-on construction experience and real-world know-how to All American Discount Flooring & Countertops. Before joining the flooring world, he spent over a decade as a Journeyman Carpenter in the Carpenters Union, working on schools, commercial buildings, and high-rises around the greater Seattle area. That experience taught him how to manage projects, work with skilled trades, and see a space’s potential—all of which he now brings to every flooring and countertop project.

At All American, Jose guides customers through their projects from start to finish, offering honest advice, practical insight, and solutions that make remodeling stress-free. As a bilingual team member, he proudly helps both English and Spanish-speaking customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their choices.

Originally from the Seattle area, Jose moved to Yakima to join the family business and be closer to his wife Maddie’s family. He loves spending time with Maddie, their son, and their growing family as they prepare for a new addition later this year. When he’s not helping customers transform their homes, Jose enjoys taking care of his farm animals and spending time outdoors. Known for his friendly personality and near-constant smile, he takes pride in building genuine relationships and treating every customer with honesty, respect, and care.
